Entire manufacturing supervision and schedule control of system components at the manufacturers.

We take over the entire manufacturing supervision at a manufacturer’s (at home or abroad) in the case of the ordering of a new plant component (e.g. pressure vessel).

• Compiling of a manufacturing operational plan (construction testing plan) according to the customers needs, e.g.:
• Checking of the manufacturer’s authorization to construct the plant component ordered
• Checking of the materials and weld fillers to be used (vendor inspection, comparison of material certificated etc...)
• Manufacturing control (welding supervision by welding engineers or welding specialists with the assistance of NDT during or after production
• Official acceptance of hydraulic pressure test or leak test
• Checking of preservation and loading
• Assembly check of the component
