Cookies do not cause any damage to your terminal devices; nor do they contain any viruses, Trojans or other malware. Information is stored in the cookie that results in connection with the terminal device specifically used each time. This does not however mean that we receive immediate knowledge of your identity. The use of cookies is to make the use of our offer more convenient for you, on the one hand. In this way, we use so-called session cookies to identify that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are then automatically deleted when you leave our site. In addition, we also use temporary cookies to optimise the user-friendliness, which are stored on your terminal device for a specifically determined period. If you visit our site again, in order to take advantage of our services, it is automatically recognised that you have already accessed our website and which inputs and settings you made, in order to not have to enter them again. On the other hand, we use cookies to statistically record the use of our website and to analyse this, in order to optimise our offer for you (see section 5). These cookies enable us to automatically recognize that you have previously accessed our website, when you visit our site again. These cookies are automatically deleted after a respectively defined period. 5. Analysis tools
a) Tracking tools
The following listed tracking measures we use are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 paragraph 1 (1) (f) GDPR. We want to ensure a demand-oriented design and the continuous optimisation of our website by means of the tracking measures. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record and analyse the use of our website, in order to optimise our offer for you. These interests are legitimate as defined in the above mentioned regulation. The respective data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the corresponding tracking tools.

i) Google Analytics
For the purpose of demand-oriented design and continuous optimisation of our pages we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as “Google”). In this connection pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies (see section 4) used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as
• Browser type/version,
• Operating system used,
• Referrer URL (the page visited previously),
• Host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
• Time of the server request,
is transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. The information is used to analyse the use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide further services associated with the use of the website and the internet for market research and demand-oriented design of these internet pages. This information is also transmitted to third parties where necessary, insofar as this is legally prescribed or where third parties process these data in commission. Your IP address will not be linked with other data by Google under any circumstances. The IP addresses are anonymised, so that an allocation is not possible (IP masking).
You can prevent the installation of cookies by a corresponding setting of the browser software; we point out however, that not all functions of this website will be able to be used fully in this case. In addition, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing a browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de). Alternatively to the browser add-on, in particular in the case of browsers on mobile terminal devices, you can also prevent collection by Google Analytics by clicking on this link. An opt-out cookie is set that prevents the future collection of your data when you visit this website. The opt-out cookie only applies in this browser and only for our website and is stored on your device. If you delete the cookies in this browser, you have to set the opt-out cookie again. Further information on data protection in connection with Google Analytics can be found for example in the Google Analytics Help (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=de).

ii) Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
In order to statistically record and analyse the use of our website and to optimise our website for you, we also use Google Conversion Tracking. To do so, a cookie (see section 4) is placed on your computer, if you access our website via a Google advert. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user accesses certain pages of the website of the AdWords customer and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognise that the user clicked on the advert and was forwarded to this page. Each AdWords customer receives a separate cookie. Cookies can therefore not be followed up via the websites of AdWords customers. The information obtained with the aid of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers, who have decided in favour of conversion tracking. The AdWords customers learn the total number of users that clicked on their advert and were forwarded to a website equipped with a conversion tracking tag. They do not however receive any information, with which users can be personally identified. If you do not wish to take part in the tracking procedure, you can also refuse the placing of the required cookie – for example, via browser setting that generally disenables the automatic setting of cookies. You can also disenable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser, so that cookies of the domain “www.googleadservices.com” are blocked. Google’s data protection notice on conversion tracking can be found here (https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html).

6. Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps to present interactive maps and to create route directions to find us. Google Maps is a map service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. By using Google Maps information on the use of this website including your IP address and the (departure) address entered in the context of the route planning function can be transferred to the USA. If you access a website of our internet presence that contains Google Maps, your browser makes a direct connection with the servers of Google. The map content is transmitted by Google directly to your browser and integrated by this in the website. We therefore have no influence on the extent of data collected by Google in this way. As far as we know, these are at least the following data:
• Date and time of the visit to the website concerned,
• Internet address or URL of the accessed website,
• IP address, (departure) address entered in the context of route planning.
We have no influence on the further processing and use of data by Google and can therefore not accept any responsibility for this. If you do not want Google to collect, process or use any data relating to you via our internet presence, you can disenable JavaScript in your browser settings. In this case, however, you will not be able to use the map display. Further information on the purpose and extent of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Google as well as your rights in this respect and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the data protection notice of Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de). By using our website, you declare that you agree to the processing of the data relating to you that is collected by the Google Maps route planner in the manner described above and for the above mentioned purpose.

7. Social Media Plug-ins
We use social plug-ins on our website on the basis of Art. 6 paragraph 1 (1) (f) GDPR in the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, in order to create more awareness of our company. The advertising purpose behind this is to be seen as a legitimate interest as defined in the GDPR. The responsibility for the data protection-compliant operation is to be guaranteed by the respective provider. Our integration of these plug-ins is implemented by the so-called two-click method, in order to protect visitors to our website as far as possible.

a) Facebook
Facebook social media plug-ins are used on our website, in order to customise its use. We use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button for this. This is a service offered by Facebook. If you call up a page of our internet presence that includes such a plug-in, your browser makes a direct connection to the servers of Facebook. The content of the plug-in is automatically transmitted to your browser by Facebook and integrated by this in the website. Due to the integration of the plug-ins Facebook receives the information that your browser has called up the corresponding page of our internet presence, even if you do not have a Facebook account or are not logged on at Facebook at the moment. This information (including your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to a server of Facebook in the USA and stored there. If you are logged on at Facebook, Facebook can directly allocate the visit to our website to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plug-ins, for example by activating the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button, the corresponding information is also directly transmitted to a server of Facebook and stored there. In addition, the information is published on Facebook and shown to your Facebook friends. Facebook can use this information for advertising purposes, market research and the demand-oriented design of Facebook pages. Use, interest and relationship profiles are created by Facebook for this, in order to analyse your use of our website with regard to the adverts shown to you on Facebook, for example, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on our website and to provide other services associated with the use of Facebook. If you do not wish Facebook to allocate the data collected via our web presence to your Facebook account, you must log off at Facebook before visiting our website. Purpose and extent of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights in this respect and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the data protection notice (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/) of Facebook.

b) Twitter
Plug-ins of the short message network of Twitter Inc. (Twitter) are integrated in our internet pages. The Twitter plug-ins (tweet button) can be recognised by the Twitter icon on our page. An overview of tweet buttons can be found here (https://about.twitter.com/resources/buttons). If you call up a page of our internet presence that includes such a plug-in, your browser makes a direct connection to the server of Twitter. Twitter therefore receives the information that you have visited our page with your IP address. If you click on the Twitter “tweet button”, while you are logged on to your Twitter account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Twitter profile. By doing so, Twitter can allocate the visit to our pages to your user account. We point out that we, as provider of the pages, do not receive any knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or the use of this data by Twitter. If you do not wish Twitter to be able to allocate the visit to our pages, please log off your Twitter user account first. Further information about this can be found in the data protection statement of Twitter (https://twitter.com/privacy).
